Connectivity between villages is essential for development – Dushyant Chautala

Haryana Deputy Chief Minister, Sh. Dushyant Chautala said that robust “inter-village connectivity” is the mainstay of development. It is the endeavour of the State Government to improve this connectivity further so that smooth transport facility is ensured to the common people in the rural areas, he added.The Deputy Chief Minister was addressing a public meeting organized at Budauli village in Rewari district today.The Deputy Chief Minister said that the state government has taken forward the process of construction of various basic infrastructures in the state. To bring positive changes in the lives of the people of the state and to increase their income, it is necessary to improve the basic infrastructure. Four-lane inter-state connectivity has also been improved in the state, as good infrastructure is the backbone of the economy.The state government has constructed world class expressways and has done commendable work of connecting Haryana with other states. He stated that expressway projects across the state were completed on time. A better network of inter-state connectivity and highways has been laid in the state along with expressways.The Deputy Chief Minister said that in the recently concluded Panchayat elections, a large number of educated representatives have been elected which will give new impetus to rural development. Keeping in view the educational aspects, the panchayats will become partners of the government in providing better facilities in the rural areas.
