With over 25 years of experience in the power distribution sector, Mr. Khanna regards this role as a significant opportunity to address and resolve consumer issues effectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>HERC has created a robust three-tier system for redressal of consumer complaints. Under which disputes up to Rs 1 lakh are resolved through 21 CGRFs at the circle level. Disputes of Rs 1\u20133 lakh are heard in four zonal CGRFs.
