Prashant Panwar, Director, Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes &amp; Backward Classes and Antyodaya (SEWA) Department, and Special Secretary, Social Justice, Empowerment, Welfare of Scheduled Castes &amp; Backward Classes and Antyodaya (SEWA) Department, Mission Director, Mukhya Mantri Antyodaya Parivaar Utthaan Yojna and Chief Executive Officer, Haryana Parivar Pehchan Authority, has been given the additional charge of Special Secretary, Citizen Resources Information Department (CRID). &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sh.
