{"id":18725,"date":"2025-11-01T23:11:12","date_gmt":"2025-11-01T17:41:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/indiaepost.com\/?p=18725"},"modified":"2025-11-01T23:11:15","modified_gmt":"2025-11-01T17:41:15","slug":"government-committed-to-strengthening-ayurvedic-healthcare-and-education-arti-singh-rao","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/indiaepost.com\/index.php\/2025\/11\/01\/government-committed-to-strengthening-ayurvedic-healthcare-and-education-arti-singh-rao\/","title":{"rendered":"Government Committed to Strengthening Ayurvedic Healthcare and Education: Arti Singh Rao"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Chandigarh, November 1 \u2013 Due to the efforts of Haryana\u2019s Health and AYUSH Minister, Arti Singh Rao, the National Commission for Indian System of Medicine (NCISM) under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, has re-granted permission to Baba Khetanath Government Ayurvedic College and Hospital, Patikara (Narnaul) to admit students in all 100 BAMS seats for the academic session 2025\u201326.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arti Singh Rao informed that over the past few academic sessions, due to a shortage of faculty and technical staff, the college was unable to admit students in all 100 seats, reducing the intake to only 63 seats. The state government took prompt action to fill the required teaching positions, improve infrastructure, and meet the academic standards. With effective departmental coordination, NCISM has now restored full recognition for the college\u2019s total capacity of 100 seats.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The AYUSH Minister said that this decision will bring great relief to students who aspire to pursue BAMS studies from Haryana\u2019s only government Ayurvedic college.
