Anurag Rastogi, who also holds the charge of Additional Chief Secretary, Finance Department, it is stated that the State Government has observed that several Public Enterprises were seeking approvals for these benefits for multiple past years, leading to inconsistencies in implementation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To streamline the process, the Government has taken a clear policy decision stating that: \u201cPerformance\/Ex-gratia Award and other similar benefits shall be allowed only for the preceding year of the current financial year.
