An order to this effect was issued by Chief Secretary Sh. Anurag Rastogi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>According to the order, in case of absence or vacancy of the Director General, Horticulture, Haryana, the Head of Department (Special), Horticulture, Haryana will function as Link Officer-I, while the Director General\/Director, Agriculture, Haryana will act as Link Officer-II.
