Jasvir Singh Garhi said the case relates to a complaint lodged by Sant Surinder Das President Charan Chhoh Ganga Amrit Kund situated near Sachkhand Sri Khuralgarh Sahib in Tehsil Garhshankar District Hoshiarpur against DSP Nangal Amandeep Singh. He said the Commission had earlier sought a factual report in the matter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He added that the Commission had clearly instructed that the factual report be prepared and submitted in two sets including one original and one photocopy.
