Kultar Singh Sandhwan handed over&nbsp; ownership certificates of their houses to more than 170 beneficiaries under&nbsp; Mera Ghar Mere Naam Scheme. This scheme is being run by Punjab Government to provide property ownership rights to the people of Punjab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier, many people were deprived of legal documents or ownership rights despite living in their houses. Due to which they had to face a lot of difficulties while taking bank loans or selling or buying houses. Through this scheme, poor and middle class families will get full legal rights of their houses.
