Chandigarh, August 29, 2026: Cricketing legend and World Cup-winning captain Kapil Dev launched Chandigarh\u2019s team for the Trinity Golf Champions League (TGCL) 2026, as the defending champions – Chandigarh Titans unveiled their new identity as GB Chandigarh Legends at a special launch event. Kapil Dev unveiled the new identity of the defending champions- ‘GB Chandigarh Legends’ for TGCL 2026, alongside Gurinder Bhatti, Chairman, GB Realty Group; Karan Gilhotra, Co-owner, GB Chandigarh Legends and Sandy Lehal also Co-owner of GB Chandigarh Legends.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n
Carrying forward the legacy of Chandigarh Titans, GB Chandigarh Legends will represent Chandigarh in TGCL 2026 as defending champions. The new identity marks a fresh chapter for the team, with an ambition to build on its championship success and create a stronger sporting association with the city. The highlight of the event was the official unveiling of the GB Chandigarh Legends identity by Kapil Dev alongside the team leadership, owners and partners.
Speaking at the launch, Kapil Dev said, \u201cIt is always special to see a sporting team represent a city and give its people something to believe in and support. Chandigarh has a wonderful sporting culture, and GB Chandigarh Legends is an exciting opportunity to take that spirit onto a bigger stage.\u201d
