He also reviewed the efforts being made by the department to adjust the various covid warriors who had given services during COVID.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He directed the hospitals to prepare a detailed master plan for upgradation of the facilities at the institutions for the patients and students. He stressed a time bound action to amend and draft any pending service rules. He asked the directorate to ensure timely advertisement of various direct quota posts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It was decided to enhance the delegation of powers with the institution heads to streamline the working and cut the red tape. He asked the department to prepare a proposal for incentivising the superspecialists to attract talented doctors.
