National Voters’ Day will be celebrated on January 25 in all departments, boards and corporations etc. of Haryana Government. On the same day, the oath of National Voters\u2019 Day will also be taken by all the employees and officers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
An official spokesperson informed that instructions have been given by the Chief Secretary in this regard that as per the decision of the Election Commission of India, every year since 2011, January 25, will be observed as National Voters Day as this date marks the establishment of the Election Commission. The Chief Secretary of Haryana, Sh. Sanjeev Kaushal, will preside over the state-level function at Yamuna Nagar this year.
