According to the new amendment, an Aadhaar card has been made mandatory as age proof. Additionally, a voter card or voter list, a birth certificate issued by a competent authority, or a Matriculation certificate can be submitted.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cabinet Minister said that this amendment has been made for the convenience of the pensioners, as they used to face difficulties in presenting their school certificates.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Minister said that the Punjab Government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, is committed to providing a better life for the people of the state.
