He also informed that the minimum assistance of not less than Rs. 1000\/- per farmers in rainfed areas and Rs. 2,000 per farmer in assured irrigated areas and restricted to sown areas. He further informed that no minimum assistance will be provided to the farmers having more than 2 ha of landholding.
