Urban Local Bodies Minister, Dr. Kamal Gupta launched the Citizen Mobile App for Complaint Management System for citizens to file complaints. Through this, any citizen can file online complaint about plastic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Urban Local Body Minister said that the citizens can use this mobile app for complaining about burning of plastic waste in cities, lodging complaints of plastic garbage, manufacturing, distribution, stocking, sale and use etc. On mobile, this app can be accessed using Parivar Pehchan Patra ID. As soon as the complaint is registered, it will reach the supervisors of the concerned authorities.
