During his visit, Kapur meticulously examined the arrangements at the central mess and actively participated by sharing a meal with the officers.<br><br>This newly inaugurated mess, the second in Panchkula district, follows the successful launch of a similar facility at the MDC police station earlier. Kapur took the opportunity to inspect the police station&#8217;s essential amenities and offered crucial directives to the officers present.<br><br>Emphasizing the welfare initiatives for policemen, Kapur highlighted the department&#8217;s commitment to not only providing on-site dining facilities through canteens but also addressing the employment needs of their unemployed children. The Director General Police disclosed that the department is initiating cr\u00e8ches across the state to facilitate working women police officials in ensuring the well-being of their children.<br><br>In a groundbreaking move, Kapur disclosed an action plan tailored to employ the children of police personnel, aligning opportunities with their educational qualifications.
