The Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) Unit Punjab and Haryana Civil Secretariat, Chandigarh, celebrated the 76th Republic Day with great enthusiasm and patriotism.
Senior Commandant CISF Unit Punjab and Haryana Civil Secretariat, Sh. Y P Singh, hoisted the national flag, marking the beginning of the celebrations. On this occasion the stunning march past of CISF Jawans was truly impressive, with every step showcasing their deep discipline and dedication. Their perfectly timed salute to the national flag reflects a powerful respect and embodies the pride of our nation. The CISF troops showcased their exceptional skills in weapon handling and operational requirements, demonstrating their readiness to serve the nation.
On this occasion, Sh. Y P Singh shed light on the remarkable journey of the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) since its inception in 1968. He highlighted how the CISF has been bringing laurels to the nation by setting high standards in industrial security. He said that the CISF would leave no stone unturned in strengthening the nation’s security.
The event was attended by CISF personnel, their families, and dignitaries from the Punjab and Haryana Civil Secretariat. The celebrations concluded with a sense of pride and renewed commitment to serve the nation.
