Chandigarh, April 6 – Haryana’s Public Works and Public Health Minister Sh. Ranbir Gangwa on Sunday inaugurated various development works built by Nagar Palika Barwala at a cost of Rs 5 crore in the Assembly constituency Barwala (Hisar).
The Cabinet Minister said this development work will strengthen the infrastructure of the area and people will get better road facilities. Soon, construction work related to sewerage, drinking water and other basic facilities, including grand welcome gates on both sides of the city, will also start. During this, he interacted with local citizens, listened to their problems and gave necessary instructions to the concerned officials on the spot.
He said the government is committed to bring the promise of development to the ground level. The state government is strengthening the road network to connect the villages with cities. Our priority is to provide paved roads to every village so that citizens do not face any difficulty in commuting. He said roads are the backbone of development of any area and their improvement brings positive changes in education, health and business. The Cabinet Minister said the aim of the government is to strengthen the infrastructure in every Assembly constituency so that the common people do not have to wander for basic facilities. He also said that in the coming time, many more development projects will be started in the Barwala area, in which water supply, modernization of health centres and rural sports facilities will be prominent.
