Chandigarh, November 30 – Vice President Sh C.P. Radhakrishnan on Sunday offered prayers at the world-famous Shaktipeeth Maa Bhadrakali Temple in Kurukshetra. On this occasion, he prayed for the happiness, peace, and prosperity of the people. Haryana Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh Saini was also present.
Following tradition, the temple’s head priest, Pandit Satpal Maharaj, conducted the puja for the Vice President. Sh Radhakrishnan bowed his head in reverence at the Shaktipeeth, and after the ceremony, Pandit Satpal Maharaj presented him with a memento.
During his visit to Kurukshetra, Vice President Sh C.P. Radhakrishnan, accompanied by Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh Saini, enriched not only the religious atmosphere but also highlighted the cultural and historical heritage of the region.
