Olive Cafe & Bar(OCB), Sector 26, Chandigarh, has announced a fun-filled Valentine’s week starting Feb 7 and ending Feb 14 – Valentine’s Day. Valentine’s week kicked off with the unveiling of a special menu of dishes and drinks. Sumptuous culinary delights along with enticing cocktails have been especially curated by the head Chef Anubhav Moza and his team. These are set to make your Valentine moments memorable.
So get ready to cuddle up under the stars in the warm and always welcoming courtyard of Olive Cafe & Bar. The special Valentine’s menu , served in a candlelit ambience, to the accompaniment of delicious cocktails and live music make OCB the most romantic destination in the city.
OCB has been done up in thematic floral décor, and there is a special valentine photo booth too. All this is sure to provide Valentine’s Day enthusiasts a great opportunity for an exciting Valentine’s experience.
Talking about the Valentine’s menu, Chef Anubhav Moza said that the cupid cocktails menu is the key attraction. The cocktail menu boasts of L’amour – made using chamomile-infused scotch, amaro Montenegro, lime juice, honey and foamer; and Moonlight Magic – created using Gin, Aperol spritz, grapefruit juice, lime juice and simple syrup; there are more cocktails.
Sharing details about two more unique Cocktails offerings – XOXO and OliveYou, Chef Moza said: “XOXO is made up of Campari, vermouth, fresh strawberry and sparkling wine, while OliveYou consists of Tequila, Jalapeno-infused tequila, strawberry, sangria liqueur, lime juice, cherry syrup, simple syrup and foamer.”
Known for its mouth-watering dishes, Olive Cafe & Bar will be offering special Valentine’s dishes for love birds. Chef Moza said, “There is a multi-course love menu.”
The highlights of the food menu include an appetiser or Amuse Bouche – Strawberry explosion, in soups there’s Celery Root & White Carrot, the small plates segment has Home-cured Salmon & Avocado while the large plates section has Butternut Squash Tortellini and more. The icing on the cake is a dessert aptly named ‘Fall in Love’ and there are many more surprise dishes.
