Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal while taking a dig at Congress said that, unlike previous governments that used to follow the ritual of distributing jobs through unethical ways, the present state government does not distribute jobs as in our time deserving are taking jobs on their own merit.Addressing a press conference here today, Sh. Manohar Lal said, like the previous government, we do not have any guaranteed formula for giving jobs. We have a very fair and transparent system.While responding to a question regarding making any changes in the terms and conditions related to calling four-time candidates for the CET Mains exam, the Chief Minister further clarified that even the Court has said that any terms and conditions fixed before advertising any exam cannot be changed later at any stage.“At the initial stages of filling the CET examination, only the candidates were aware of this condition four times, now they are being misled by some people and have started opposing this condition,” said Sh. Manohar Lal.Responding to another question regarding pendency in the issuance of certificates to the Divyangs, the Chief Minister shared that as per the PPP data, there are 2.70 lakh Divyangs in the State, out of this, the certificates of 26 percent which is around 73,197 are pending.”The officers concerned have already been directed to clear all these pendencies within 2 to 8 weeks of time,” shared Sh. Manohar Lal.The Chief Minister said that on the basis of verified data in the Parivar Pehchan Patra, the State Government is providing financial assistance in case of death or disability of a member of the families having annual income up to Rs 1.80 lakh.He said that so far 227 beneficiaries have been provided assistance under DAYALU Yojana. Besides this, data of 600 persons is also available; the process of verification is going on, said Sh. Manohar Lal.He said that in this scheme there is a provision to provide financial assistance ranging from Rs. 1 lakh to Rs. 5 lakh according to different age groups. The assistance of Rs.1 lakh to those in the age group of 6 to upto the age of 12 years, Rs. 2 lakh above the age of 12 years upto the age of 18 years, Rs. 3 lakh for age above 18 years upto 25 years, Rs. 5 lakh for age over 25 years upto 45 years and Rs. 3 lakh for the age of above 45 years upto the age of 60 years. This benefit also includes the amount received under Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY), and Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana (PMSBY) schemes.Additional Chief Secretary and Financial Commissioner, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Sh.
