Haryana Deputy Chief Minister, Sh. Dushyant Chautala, in response to a question raised by a member of house during Haryana Vidhan Sabha, said that the Haryana government will form a committee under the Chairmanship of the Financial Commissioner, which will prepare new sub-tehsils, tehsils, sub-divisions, districts and decide the rules etc. for the constitution of the district.The Deputy Chief Minister further informed that at present a committee of three ministers has been constituted which takes decisions for the formation of new sub-tehsils, tehsils, sub-divisions etc. and inclusion of villages. This committee takes its decision and takes further action on the recommendation of the Deputy Commissioner.He informed that the government currently has the population figures according to the 2011 census. He said that now reliable data of PPP is being prepared with the state government. On the basis of that, the committee under the Chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner will take its next decision and send the report to the committee of ministers, this committee will present its report on the basis of population, villages etc. Only after that action will be taken for the formation of new sub-tehsil, tehsil, sub-division and district. Dahina may be taken into consideration for subdivision if it meets the criteria set out in the committee’s observation and report.Haryana Deputy Chief Minister, Sh. Dushyant Chautala, in response to a question raised by a member of house during Haryana Vidhan Sabha, said that in view of the possibility of increase in traffic  at Kanina, Mahendragarh district, a bypass can be constructed. If the report of the Public Works Department ensure feasibility, then the land requirement will be uploaded on e-Bhoomi, once the entire procedure has been completed, work can be started in this direction.The Deputy Chief Minister further informed that the Haryana government has given approval for the construction of 14 new bypasses in the budget, if found appropriate, the Dahina bypass can also be constructed.Haryana Public Health and Engineering Minister, Dr. Banwari Lal said that a plan of more than Rs. 425 lakh is proposed for drainage of water in Kharkhoda City of Sonipat. He added that an action will be taken on this.The Public Health Minister said this in response to a question raised by a member of the house during the budget session of Haryana Vidhan Sabha today.The Public Health Minister said that a permanent plan is being chalked out to drain the water from Kharkhoda City. Under this, areas like Sonipat, Delhi, Sampla Road will get relief from water logging and the issue will also be resolved permanently.He stated that the estimate created for this system is now being re-evaluated due to several shortcomings. Work on this will be started soon after administrative approval. He assured that a permanent solution to this problem will be found by making permanent arrangements for drainage of water in Kharkhoda city.Haryana Public Health Minister, Dr. Banwari Lal said that tender has been allotted for upgrading better water supply under Mahagram Yojana in village Bhagal of Gulha Assembly ConstituencyThe Public Health Minister gave this information in response to a question raised by a member of house during Haryana Vidhan Sabha today.The Public Health Minister said that tenders for providing good sewerage system and construction of Sewage Treatment Plant have been opened for evaluation and are likely to be allotted by April 30, 2023.The Public Health Minister said that the work of providing water supply and sewerage scheme is likely to be commissioned by August 31, 2024. He said that the engineering works are being carried out while ensuring highest quality and in a time bound manner.
