A high-level delegation from Saskatchewan, Canada, met Haryana Chief Secretary, Sh. Sanjeev Kaushal; as a part of the ‘Haryana-Saskatchewan Legislative Exchange’ here today and discussed various aspects related to the Indian Constitution system, statutory bodies and administrative services.The Saskatchewan delegation led by Randy Weekes, Speaker of the Legislative Assembly include Warren Kaeding, Member of the Legislative Assembly, Melville – Saltcoats (Saskatchewan Party), Nathaniel Teed, Member of the Legislative Assembly, Saskatoon University (New Democratic Party), Scott Hunter, Director of International Relations, Ministry of Trade and Export Development, and Iris Lang, Clerk of the Legislative Assembly. Principal Secretary, Foreign Cooperation and Information, Public Relations, Languages and Culture departments, Sh. Anurag Agarwal also apprised the delegation about the key role of Governors in Indian states.
