Haryana School Education Minister, Sh. Kanwar Pal said that the Chief Minister through his visionary approach has ensured holistic development across the state without any disparity. Sh. Kanwarpal said this while addressing a Jan Samvad programme in villages Ghodo Peepli, Shadipur, Balachaur, Fatehgarh and Bibipur of Yamunanagar assembly constituency. In these programmes, he directly interacted with the public and informed about the development works being carried out by the government. The Minister informed in the Jan Samvad Programme that 71 colleges have been established by the Chief Minister in eight years, while earlier there were 103 colleges in the state. He said that now no girl has to travel more than 20 kms to get education.Interacting with the public, the Minister said that in the government schools, the government has ensured to provide facilities of dual desks, toilets, clean drinking water, playground, boundary wall of the school and paved path to reach the school. He said that the schools which had 80 to 100 children in class 11th have been upgraded up to class 12th and the remaining schools will also be upgraded without any discrimination.
