Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal, is making continuous efforts to position Haryana as the first choice for investors on the global platform. As part of this initiative, during the ongoing Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit-2024 ‘Gateway to the Future’ in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal is inviting foreign investors to invest in the state through a round-table conference with the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF).
During the conference held on Thursday, the Chief Minister assured full support to the NRIs in Haryana, he said that there is immense potential for investment here, various facilities available here, emphasizing the immense investment opportunities available across Haryana. He mentioned that Haryana is a leading state in terms of ease of doing business, having eliminated compliance burdens for industries. Chief Minister highlighted the extensive possibilities for investment in Haryana and urged NRIs to take advantage of the various facilities and invest in the state.
He stated that Haryana has a robust business environment, and the state government has formulated the Haryana Enterprise and Employment Policy 2020, providing various incentives to investors. Furthermore, all necessary approvals for setting up industries are streamlined under one roof, making the investment process more convenient and efficient.
Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal highlighted the strategic geographical location of Haryana, being well-connected to Delhi from three sides. He also said that the state also receives complete benefit from IGI Airport. He also highlighted the strengthening logistics infrastructure and the integration of every district with national highways. Additionally, the government is establishing an international airport in Hisar, which will further benefit industries.
He mentioned that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision to develop India by 2047 and affirmed that Haryana would play a positive role in realizing this dream. The state government is providing financial and various other incentives to investors based on different zones. Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal encouraged investors to have faith in business-to-business (B2B), business-to-citizen (B2C), and heart-to-heart (H2H) connections, assuring complete support from the government for those who choose to invest in Haryana.
During the occasion, President of USISPF, Sh. Mukesh Aghi, presented a book based on the 75 years of mutual relations between India and America to the Chief Minister.
The meeting was attended by Additional Chief Secretary of the Industries and Commerce Department, Sh. Anand Mohan Sharan, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Sh. V. Umashankar, Managing Director, Haryana State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation, Sh. Yash Garg, besides other senior officers.
