Chandigarh, December 14
Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, while addressing representatives of the Brahmin community from across the state at his residence, Sant Kabir Kutir, said that the state government would celebrate the birth anniversary of Lord Parshuram in a grand manner at the government level. In addition, in response to the demand from Brahmin community representatives for the formation of a Brahmin Welfare Board, the Chief Minister assured that prominent members of the society would be invited for a detailed discussion on the matter. On this occasion, the Brahmin community delegation congratulated the Chief Minister for ensuring strong participation from their community.
Saini said that the 36 communities of the state have endorsed the development policies of the BJP government, leading to the formation of the BJP government for the third consecutive time, marking a historic achievement in Haryana. He said that it is only through the trust of the people that Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi’s vision of making India a developed nation can be realized swiftly. He assured that the government would live up to the trust placed in it by the people and work to propel Haryana forward on the fast track of development.
The Chief Minister, while targeting the opposition, said that opposition leaders had already formed a government even before the election results were announced, and now, after the results, they are blaming the EVMs. He pointed out that Congress leaders were demanding an account of the 10 years of the BJP government through yatras, but when asked to give an account of their own tenure, they failed to respond. He said that during the Congress tenure, every government recruitment ended up in court, whereas under the BJP government, even children from poor families are securing government jobs without any parchi-kharchi.
He also criticized the Congress and Aam Aadmi Party, stating that their leaders used to blame each other. However, when they saw Prime Minister. Narendra Modi’s strong efforts for the service of the people, the leaders of both parties embraced each other. Now, these same opposition leaders are talking about EVMs being hacked, not realizing that the public understands the truth. The public has once again shown the opposition its place, defeating them for the third consecutive time.
The Chief Minister said that ensuring the uninterrupted delivery of public services is the top priority of the state government. As a result, clear instructions have been issued to officials to ensure that the benefits of government schemes reach eligible beneficiaries without delay. He said that if any complaints are received from citizens, action will be taken against the concerned officers and employees. He further added that, alongside developmental works, new welfare schemes will be introduced to benefit citizens and accelerate Haryana’s progress in terms of development.
The Chief Minister said that in the last 10 years, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched various schemes aimed at benefiting the poor, which has led to the people’s trust in these policies and their decision to form the BJP government in Haryana. Haryana government is committed to the welfare of the people by following the Antyodaya philosophy of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya. Our government is progressing with the guiding principles of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Prayas, and Sabka Vishwas.
He highlighted that the Haryana government has set a target to establish a medical college in every district. In the past 10 years, medical colleges have been opened in 15 districts, and work is underway to establish colleges in 7 more districts. In addition, a college has been set up within a 20 km radius in every district to ensure that girls do not have to travel long distances for higher education. He also mentioned that the Prime Minister recently laid the foundation stone for the main campus of the Horticulture University. Through its regional center, the university will empower farmers in the field of horticulture, helping them increase their income.
The Chief Minister said that the state government has undertaken several initiatives in the interest of farmers. To alleviate the financial burden caused by the lack of rainfall this year, the government has provided a bonus of Rs 2000 per acre. So far, Rs 800 crore has been directly deposited into the accounts of farmers in two installments. He assured that soon, an additional Rs 400-500 crore will be released as the third installment. Haryana government is committed to purchasing all farmers’ crops at the Minimum Support Price (MSP).
BJP State President Mohan Lal Badauli stated that the creator of a new India, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, has instilled confidence in the people by entrusting the responsibility of Haryana to Saini. The result of this trust is that the BJP government has been formed in Haryana for the third consecutive time. He added that the Chief Minister’s vision is to progress on the path of development by bringing together all 36 communities. With the blessings of the people, Haryana will set new benchmarks in development under the leadership of the Chief Minister.
On this occasion, Minister of State Gaurav Gautam stated that under the leadership of Chief Minister Sh Nayab Singh Saini, Haryana will advance at double the speed on the path of development. He said that Haryana will play a crucial role in contributing to making India a developed nation by 2047, as envisioned by Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi. He further said that the Chief Minister listens to every individual and ensures their concerns are addressed. Due to his effective working style, the trust of the people of Haryana in him has further grown stronger.
The representatives of Brahmin Mahasabha Haryana also shared their views on this occasion. A large number of enlightened people of the Brahmin community from across the state including Chief Minister’s OSD Sh. Bharat Bhushan Bharti were present at the program.
