Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini said that the “triple-engine government” led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi is driving rapid development across the state. We will leave no stone unturned to uphold the trust that the people have placed in our government for the third consecutive time. Guided by the Prime Minister’s mantra of Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas aur Sabka Prayas, our government is moving forward with commitment and inclusivity.
The Chief Minister was addressing a programme held in Nandgarh village of Julana Assembly constituency in Jind district today. Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta was also present at the event. On this occasion, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini extended birthday wishes to Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta.
Saini recalled that after the formation of the Bharatiya Janata Party government at the Centre in 2014, Prime Minister Sh Narendra Modi had visited the historic land of Panipat for the first time on January 22, 2015, to launch the nationwide campaign Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao. Under the leadership of the Prime Minister, significant strides have been made in empowering and uplifting daughters in Haryana.

Expressing his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, he said that Prime Minister has entrusted the responsibility of Delhi to Rekha Gupta, a daughter of Nandgarh, a small village in Haryana. You should continue to serve the public and the nation with the same commitment, and lead Delhi towards new heights of development. He added that the political journey of Delhi Chief Minister Mrs. Rekha Gupta reflects the changing face of India. It is truly inspiring that someone born in a small village like Nandgarh can rise to become the Chief Minister of a metropolitan city like Delhi. This is not just a source of motivation for women, but also a powerful message to the entire nation that in today’s India, success is not inherited, it is earned through hard work.
Development works worth Rs 20,433 crore carried out in Julana Assembly constituency since 2014
The Chief Minister said that since 2014, development works worth Rs20,433 crore have been undertaken in the Julana Assembly constituency under the present government, whereas during the 10 years of the previous Congress government, projects worth only Rs 202 crore were executed. He further informed that 88 announcements have been made for Julana constituency in the last 10 years, out of which 85 have been completed, and work is underway on the remaining. In addition, a total of 628 announcements have been made for Jind district, of which 541 have been completed and work is progressing on the rest. It is our government’s resolve to not just double but triple the pace of development in Jind, he added.
Referring to major developmental projects, the Chief Minister said that the Ambala-Kotputli Greenfield Corridor (NH-152D) was constructed at a cost of Rs 10,646 crore. The Jind-Gohana-Sonipat National Highway (NH-352A) was upgraded to a four-lane road at a cost of Rs 2,300 crore. Similarly, the Ambala-Hisar National Highway via Kaithal (NH-10) was expanded to four lanes at a cost of Rs1,200 crore. A four-lane road from Jind to the Haryana-Punjab border on the National Highway was also constructed at a cost of Rs 959 crore. In addition, a Government Medical College is currently under construction at Haibatpur in Jind, with an estimated cost of Rs 945 crore. A new bus stand has also been built near Pandu Pindara village at a cost of Rs 32 crore.

Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta praised the leadership and working style of Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, stating that under his guidance, Haryana is advancing swiftly on the path of development. She said that the vision of a Viksit Bharat can only be achieved through a Viksit Haryana and Viksit Delhi. Highlighting the improved road infrastructure in Haryana, she said that the strengthened road network is providing better transportation facilities to the people. She expressed confidence that under the leadership of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, Haryana will continue to scale new heights of development.
Rekha Gupta also lauded the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said that the Bharatiya Janata Party is a true embodiment of democratic values, evident in the fact that a daughter from an ordinary family has been given the opportunity to serve as the Chief Minister. She shared her emotional connection with Nandgarh village, calling it her birthplace, and expressed gratitude to the people of Haryana for always extending their wholehearted support whenever she contested elections.
She further informed that Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has today dedicated development projects worth Rs 16.80 crore to the people of the region. These include establishment of an e-library at a cost of Rs 7.91 lakh, construction of an indoor gym at a cost of Rs 10.87 lakh, reconstruction of the Sundar Sub Branch canal at a cost of Rs2.34 crore, construction of the Rajgarh to Jhamola road at a cost of Rs 90.56 lakh, construction of the Kharanti to Jhamola road at a cost of Rs1.77 crore, establishment of a Primary Health Centre in Nidana at a cost of Rs5.32 crore, establishment of a Primary Health Centre in Kinana at a cost of Rs5.72 crore, construction of a Sub-Health Centre in Nandgarh village at a cost of Rs 55.50 lakh.
Triple engine government under CM’s leadership accelerated development – Krishan Bedi
Cabinet Minister Krishan Kumar Bedi said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini, public welfare schemes are being implemented with full transparency and dedication, ensuring that benefits reach the common people. He added that the “triple engine government” has significantly accelerated the pace of development, enabling inclusive progress where every section of society is reaping the benefits.
He said that today is a proud moment not just for Julana, but for the entire Jind district, as Delhi Chief Minister and Haryana’s daughter Rekha Gupta has visited her birthplace. Extending birthday wishes to her, he said that Rekha Gupta is not only a dynamic and hardworking leader of Delhi, but also a symbol of Haryana’s pride and identity. Her self-confidence and commitment to public service, he said, are a source of inspiration for the younger generation. He further said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the country has achieved remarkable progress in the fields of security, healthcare, and development. He described the Ayushman Bharat Yojana as a landmark initiative that has freed economically weaker families from the burden of medical expenses. He added that today, every section of society is benefiting from the welfare schemes of the Haryana Government, and the doors of the Chief Minister’s residence remain open to the public 24 hours a day.
Chief Minister gifts key development projects to Julana– Mohan Lal Kaushik
State President of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Mohan Lal Kaushik, said that Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini today presented a historic gift to the people of Julana by inaugurating several significant development projects in the region. He said that in the recent municipal elections, the people of Julana reaffirmed their faith in the BJP by ensuring the victory of the party symbolized by the blooming lotus. This victory, he said, is a reflection of the public’s strong trust in the policies and leadership of Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini.
He further said that just as Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has ushered in a wave of development across Haryana, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta has similarly won the trust of the people in the national capital by delivering impressive results within just 100 days of governance. He also emphasized the need for establishing industrial units in the Julana region to generate new employment opportunities and further accelerate the constituency’s development.
