Chandigarh, September 26 – Haryana Industries and Commerce Minister Rao Narbir Singh appealed to citizens to adopt electric vehicles (EVs) as much as possible to protect the environment. He said that whether it is a two-wheeler or a four-wheeler, the use of electric vehicles plays an important role in making our cities and country clean and green. This is not just a technological choice, but a responsible step for our future generations.
Rao Narbir Singh was addressing the gathering after inaugurating VinFast’s flagship dealership, ‘A Car Café’, located at Capital Park on Sohna Road in Sector – 48, Gurugram.
He said that using electric vehicles is not only environmentally beneficial but also economically advantageous. Expenses on fuel are lower, and maintenance costs are comparatively less than conventional vehicles. This will also increase monthly and annual savings for citizens.
The Minister further said that Haryana has always been a state that supports long-term business growth. We welcome the new generation of premium electric vehicles from VinFast and Haritash Mobility. He urged everyone to contribute to transformative change through small steps.
