Haryana Bureau of Public Enterprises, Chairman, Sh. Subhash Barala said that no employee and officer will be denied their rightful entitlements like promotion or increment.He was presiding over the Standing Committee meeting of the Bureau at his office here today. Under his chairmanship, it was discussed to promote the Personal Assistant to the post of Private Secretary related to “Haryana Rural Development Fund Administration Board”. Apart from this, while discussing the creation of new posts in the ethanol plant being set up at Shahabad in Kurukshetra district under the “Haryana State Federation of Cooperative Sugar Mills Limited”, he said that this plant should be made profitable by running it with the assistance of the latest technology.Pay Scale of Junior Scientist in “Haryana Agro Research & Development Centre, Murthal”, Extension to Chief-Engineer for NCR Region of “Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited” and “Haryana State Pollution Control Board” along with the issues of framing service rules for the post of Chief Environmental Engineer and Chief Scientific Officer was also discussed in detail.Sh. Barala directed the officers that new posts should be created as soon as possible as per the requirement so that the work of the people of the state should not suffer. He also said that if the employees continue to get increments and other benefits on time, then their functioning also accelerates. New policy soon for construction of boundary walls, other works in vegetable markets across state, announces Chief Minister

Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal today announced that a new policy will be formulated for construction and repair of boundary walls, sheds, gates and cleaning arrangements, etc, in vegetable markets across the state. Under this, a committee will be formed with arhtiyas as part of it. Some amount will be made available to the committee from the market fees, so that the committee can get the works of the market done at its own level.

The Chief Minister was addressing the ‘Vyapari Sammelan’ organized at Kaithal through video conferencing here today. HAFED Chairman, Sh. Kailash Bhagat, MLA Sh. Subhash Sudha and other dignitaries were present in the programme.

Market fee, HRDF rate will be done outright in vegetable market

Sh. Manohar Lal said that the market fee and HRDF rate to be charged in vegetable markets across the state will now be fixed outright. The bill to amend the rules related to this has been passed by the Vidhan Sabha. At present, the rate of two percent market fee and two percent HRDF is applicable. Considering the demand of the arhtiyas, the government has decided to do it outright, he added.

He said that shops in Kaithal’s Transport Nagar were sold to traders as per the policy by the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran; however today traders are not able to sell their shops further due to some terms and conditions in the policy. “Realizing the difficulty of the traders, the government has decided that a new policy will be formulated for such traders and they will be given relaxation in the rules, so that they will be able to sell their shops,” he added.

Government warehouses will be shifted out of the city

The Chief Minister said that a policy is also being formulated to shift government warehouses built in cities across the state, outside the city. He also announced the extension of the ‘Vivadon ka Samadhan’ Yojana for a period of one year to settle the ongoing disputes related to shops in mandis.

He said that the state government has already announced to give 1.25 percent handling charges to the arhtiyas on the purchase of crops done by NAFED. “If still there is any difficulty, this decision will be implemented after taking up the matter with NAFED. The handling charges will definitely be given to the arhtiyas,” he added.

Traders backbone of economy, government running various schemes for their welfare

The Chief Minister said that the traders are the backbone of the economy. Under the leadership of Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi, the Central Government has launched various schemes for the welfare of traders. “The present state government is also committed to the welfare of the traders. To resolve their grievances, the state government has also constituted the Traders Welfare Board. In addition, insurance cover is provided to traders under the Mukhya Mantri Vyapari Samuhik Niji Durghatna Bima Yojana,” he added.

He said that under the ‘Laghu Vyapari Mandhan Yojana’ launched by the Central Government, an annual assistance of Rs 6,000 is provided to small traders. Not only this, under the PM-SVANidhi scheme, loans ranging from Rs 10,000 to Rs 1 lakh are given to street vendors, he added.

Our government ended Inspector Raj, CM

Sh. Manohar Lal said that during the tenure of the previous government, traders used to face a lot of trouble. “But our government did the work of ending the Inspector Raj. The state government has formulated several policies to create a business environment in the state,” he said.

He said that when GST was implemented in the country, there were many doubts in the minds of traders. “The state government, after talking to the traders, understood their problems and simplified the GST process. Today traders are very happy with this system,” he said, adding that the present government is duty-bound for the welfare of farmers, traders, laborers and all other sections.

Haryana Skill Development Department invites online applications for admissions in engineering and non-engineering trades in ITIs for 2023-24

The Haryana Skill Development and Industrial Training Department today announced the commencement of online applications for admissions for the session 2023-24 in a wide range of engineering and non-engineering trades. These courses are offered by both state and private Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) located in the state. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the department’s website at https://admissions.itiharyana.gov.in/ before the deadline of June 21, 2023.

Providing details about the admission process, an official spokesperson said that the department has initiated the admission process for approved seats in the state industrial training institutes. To access comprehensive guidelines, a detailed prospectus containing information about the admission process, a list of institutions, and institute-wise seat availability is accessible on the department’s website.

The spokesperson further added that updates regarding merit lists and seat allotments at various stages of the admission process will be communicated through the admission website. Candidates are required to upload scanned copies of their original educational qualification certificates, reservation documents, proof of permanent residency, and other necessary documents as specified in the admission form. It is mandatory for applicants to possess a personal email ID, mobile number, Parivar Pehchan Patra, and Aadhaar number in order to be eligible for admission.

Additional Charges assigned to two IAS Officers

The Haryana Government has assigned additional charge to two IAS officers with immediate effect.Mr. Vikram, Deputy Commissioner and Chief Executive Officer of Faridabad Smart City Ltd., Faridabad, has been given the additional charge of Deputy Commissioner, Palwal during the leave period of Ms. Neha Singh.Similarly, Mr. Ayush Sinha, Additional Deputy Commissioner cum District Citizen Resources Information Officer, Yamunanagar, District Municipal Commissioner, Yamunanagar, and Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Yamunanagar, will be taking over the duties of Deputy Commissioner of Yamunanagar during the leave period of Mr. Rahul Hooda.  

Aapda Mitra will be made in all the villages of the state – Dushyant Chautala

 Haryana Deputy Chief Minister, Sh. Dushyant Chautala said that ‘Aapda Mitra’ will be made in all the villages of the state, who would work as volunteers in times of disaster, soon a portal will be started to register them.This information was given by the Deputy CM, who also holds the charge of Revenue and Disaster Management Department, after attending the meeting of the Ministers of Disaster Management Department of all the states and UTs, chaired by Union Home Minister, Sh. Amit Shah, in New Delhi today.Additional Chief Secretary of Disaster Management Department, Sh. Rajesh Khullar also participated in the meeting along with the Deputy Chief Minister.While interacting with the media after the meeting, the Deputy Chief Minister said that in the year 2014, the central government had sent a manual related to disaster management to all the states, It addressed a number of issues, many of which the Haryana government has already addressed, the rest will be finished by December 2023. He informed that committees of the State Disaster Management Board will be constituted at district and village level.He informed that Rs. 1,100 crores has been sanctioned this year to provide relief in times of possible calamities like flood and drought, while provision of Rs. 500 crores and Rs. 300 crores was made per year respectively in previous years. He informed that plans are being made to drain the areas where water gets filled due to rain and to pour water into canals etc., so that neither crops nor other lives and property are harmed.Sh. Dushyant Chautala informed that the state government is being alerted by sending messages through mobile etc. before a possible disaster. This year also messages related to heavy rains, strong storms etc. have been sent to the people of the state in advance.He informed that the Central Government has informed today that technology has been invented to predict fire due to lightning, Haryana government is also going to implement this technology soon in the state, due to which loss of life and property will be avoided.He informed that in today’s meeting, the Home Minister has been requested by the State Government to set up a battalion of the National Disaster Relief Force (NDRF) in Hisar so that help can reach immediately in case of any disaster. Haryana Government has also given training to 260 IRB jawans of National Disaster Response Force.Sh. Dushyant Chautala said that he requested the Central Government to set up a joint command centre for Haryana, Punjab and Himachal Pradesh in Chandigarh so that the forecast of the upcoming earthquake in the Kangra-seismic belt could be made. He has also requested the Central Government to include the subject related to disaster management in school and university curriculum under the new National Education Policy.

CM unveils Punjab Vision Document 2047’

 Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann on Tuesday unveiled Punjab Vision Document 2047’ and described as a roadmap for a progressive and prosperous state. Releasing the document in a simple but impressive function here at his office, the Chief Minister underlined the urgent need to rejuvenate economy and fiscal health of the state. He said that this document envisages holistic development of the state when India completes 100th year of independence. Bhagwant Mann said that this document consists of nine departmentalized sections and 16 socio-economic indicator-based sub-sections focusing on the current status, major challenges that the State is facing and envisages short-term and long-term strategies to overcome these challenges. The Chief Minister said that as per document a rate of growth of the economy at 7.5 per cent p.a. by 2030 and 10 per cent by 2047 will be achieved. He said that the document also aims at bringing the investment-GSDP ratio to 25 per cent by 2030 and restoring the investment-GSDP ratio of Punjab to 32 per cent by 2047 by improving the investment climate in the State and initiating the economic governance reforms for time-bound and hassle-free clearance of industrial projects. Likewise, Bhagwant Mann said that service sector/ sunrise services like information technology-enabled services (ITES), including BPO, online education, social media and entertainment will be developed and application of digital technologies in the service sector will also be incentivized. The Chief Minister said that generation of decent jobs by boosting investment in all sectors and building a synergy between industry and educational institutions to improve employability and startup ecosystems will also be ensured through this document. He asserted that for improving the fiscal health of the economy, the suitable strategy is prudent fiscal management. Bhagwant Mann said that targets and strategies for different identified sectors have been framed keeping in mind the requirements of the State. The Chief Minister said that the core sectors include economy, finances, industry, employment, agriculture, rural development, sustainable cities and communities, infrastructure, inclusive and equitable education, health infrastructure and provisioning, achieving gender equality, natural resources, affordable and clean energy, climate action and natural resource conservation, technological advancements, governance, safety and security and intelligent traffic management system. He said that the broader aim of this document is to cater to well-being of citizens for a dignified living. Bhagwant Mann asserted that the spirit of this vision is to eradicate poverty and hunger, ensure livelihood and shelter, provision of equitable and quality education and health facilities to all, adequate sanitation network and availability of electricity. The Chief Minister said that these targets will be achieved with the aim to remove geographical and social disparities adding that this vision document aims at converging efforts of different administrative departments and agencies to achieve identified targets. He expressed hope that this document will bring greater synergies of action at every level of governance in larger public interest. Bhagwant Mann said that to achieve the targets highlighted in the document, the state government has already taken some prudent steps at different levels of administration. The Chief Minister said that the state government strives to achieve the targets set in this document by the year 2030 and 2047 respectively. He said that the state Government will put in all possible efforts and resources to achieve the targets proposed in the vision document. Bhagwant Mann envisioned that the document will put the state further on the trajectory of High economic growth thereby giving major fillip to progress of Punjab and prosperity of its people.  

Haryana Chief Minister announces bonanza for Padma Shri, Padma Bhushan and Padma Vibhushan awardees of the State*

While announcing bonanza for Padma Shri, Padma Bhushan and Padma Vibhushan awardees of the State , Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal today  announced a monthly pension of Rs. 10,000 for the awardees besides free travel facility in Volvo Buses of the State Government.The Chief Minister made this announcement during his visit to Karnal on Monday.Interacting with the media persons, the Chief Minister said that most of the colonies of Karnal have been developed on Shamlat land adding that  this  problem would be resolved at the earliest. For this, “I will soon convene a meeting of  concerned officers to resolve this problem and give ownership rights to  the residents of Karnal “, he asserted.The Chief Minister  said that during the two-day Jan Samvad Programme in Karnal, people put forth  several issues before him and most of them were resolved on the spot. He informed that the state government had organized two-day camps to resolve complaints related to property ID. During the camp 1,988 complaints were received, out of which 50 per cent complaints have been resolved on the spot. Remaining complaints would be resolved within five days, said the Chief Minister. Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that government officers and employees should work with the spirit of public service. He said  that while taking stern action on the complaints of misbehaviour by the  police personnel’s, directions have been given to suspend Manoj, SHO of Karnal Police Station Sadar. Apart from this, Karnal City SHO, Kamaldeep Rana  and ASI Mahavir of Sadar police station has been transferred to Narnaul. In reply  to another query , Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that writer Manoj Muntashir and his team had met him and sought some assistance regarding the  film ‘Adipurush’. The film is releasing on June 16, before which a decision will be taken after due  consideration, he added

All the necessary facilities for the industries should be ensured within stipulated time: Dushyant Chautala

Haryana Deputy Chief Minister, Sh. Dushyant Chautala directed the officers that all the necessary facilities for setting up industries in the industrial areas should be completed within the prescribed time limit. He added that strict action will be taken against the officers taking lax officers.The Deputy CM was presiding over a joint meeting of representatives of industrialists’ associations of Hisar and Rohtak and senior officers of the departments of Industries, Power, Environment, Haryana Urban Development Authority etc. at his office here today. Labour Minister, Sh. Anoop Dhanak was also present on the occasion.The Deputy Chief Minister had recently visited Hisar and Rohtak in which the industrialists highlighted several issues and demanded early resolution. Taking immediate cognizance, the Deputy CM called a meeting of the concerned officers as soon as he came to Chandigarh, and also called the industrialists’ associations of both districts. The proposed works, which had been approved and could not be started due to the laziness of the concerned officer. He said that strict departmental action will be taken in case of any delay.Sh. Dushyant Chautala directed to set up a police post and fire station in Sector 27-28 industrial area of Hisar soon. He directed the officers to complete the process of handing over these sectors to the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (HSIIDC) by the Haryana Urban Development Authority and solve various problems of roads, water supply, sewerage, rain water stagnation etc. there. He also directed to start Quality Marking Centre and Community Centre near these industrial areas.The Deputy Chief Minister resolved the problems put forth by the “IDC Industries Association” of Rohtak, such as removal of the high tension power line from the industrial area and the parameters of the CETP set up by the Haryana State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation, etc.On this occasion, he said that he is committed to solving the problems of the state’s citizens on priority. CM inaugurates 10 faceless services of HSVP

Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal while inaugurating 10 faceless services of Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP) said that these services of HSVP are another important step towards digital empowerment.He said that it will prove to be a milestone towards providing accessible and user friendly services to the citizens of Haryana. On this occasion, the Chief Minister also launched a brochure of faceless services. Sh. Manohar Lal said that the objective of HSVP is to provide transparent and citizen centric services through technology and contribute to the overall development and welfare of the State. Allottees can now avail HSVP services from anywhere without any hassle of visiting the Estate Office. The online platform is accessible 24X7, allowing citizens to easily submit their applications and access services at their convenience.The Chief Minister said that the user-friendly interface of the online system ensures a smooth and hassle-free experience to the users, simplifies the application process and enables citizens to navigate easily through the various services provided by the HSVP. He said that faceless service will increase transparency as applicants can track the status of their applications and get updates online. Furthermore, the system’s faceless service promotes fairness in the allocation process.He said that the launch of faceless service will provide many benefits to the citizens of Haryana and allottees can now apply for various services at the ease of home. Such as Transfer Permission Letter, No-Dues Certificate, Non-Encumbrance Certificate, Independent Floor-Transfer Permission Letter, Mortgage Permission Letter, Independent Floor Re-allotment Letter, De-Mortgage Permission Letter, Cancellation of Transfer Permission, Allotment Letter (E-Auction) and the facilities of re-allotment letter will be provided.On this occasion, Sh. Manohar Lal flagged off the van of HSVP. This van will go to every sector of HSVP and make people aware about the schemes being offered by HSVP. The Chief Minister was apprised in the meeting that last year 62,000 people have availed these services through manual means. But now the benefit of all these services will be available through online medium only. User has to login to the allottee corner to avail these services.  Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that Foreign Service Department has been constituted in the state, which is assisting in providing employment opportunities to the youth of the state. Apart from this, new initiatives are being taken to raise the standard of living of the citizens of the state and make them economically empowered. The Chief Minister was meeting Indian Foreign Service officers here today. The Chief Minister said that effective steps are being taken to promote industry, trade and tourism in the state so that maximum employment opportunities can be created for the youth of the state. He said that Haryana started ambitious schemes like Parivar Pehchan Patra, Property ID etc. These schemes are being followed and appreciated in other states as well. Apart from this, the government is making tireless efforts to increase the annual income of such families which are below Rs. 1.80 lakhs. The Chief Minister said that e-tendering process has been started to get development works done in panchayats. Positive results are coming out of this process. This initiative is eliminating corruption and ensuring transparency in rural development. Haryana Pond and Waste Water Management Authority have been constituted to beautify the ponds of the state. Through this, work is being done to rejuvenate all the ponds across the state. The Chief Minister said that Mera Pani-Meri Virasat Yojana has been implemented for water conservation. Farmers are being encouraged to adopt crop diversification and reduce the yield of paddy. Apart from this, special focus is being laid on Aspiration District Mewat so that people can be benefited to the maximum. It is worth mentioning that a team of IFS officers is on a tour of the state for five days to get information about public welfare and developmental schemes of the government. These include Sh. Prem Chand, First Secretary, Embassy of Abu Dhabi, 1995 batch, Sh. Manoj Sharma, First Secretary, Embassy of India, 1995 batch,Shr. Pradeep Kumar, Deputy Secretary, Ministry of External Affairs, 1997 batch.
