Mohali, June 21
The Mohali Circle Unit of the All India Punjab National Bank Officers Association (AIPNBOA) successfully organised its Second Triennial Conference 2026 at Hotel Best Western Plus, Mohali. The grand event witnessed the participation of bank officers from across the country, senior office-bearers of the association and representatives from the bank management.
The conference was chaired by AIPNBOA General Secretary Com. Dilip Saha, President Com. Kushal Gupta, Executive President Com. G. Venkanna, Chairman Com. Kaushik Ghosh, along with Ramanuj Prasad, Zonal Manager of Punjab National Bank, Ludhiana Zone, Biswajit Biswal, Circle Head, Mohali, Vice President Rohit Kakkar, AGS Ludhiana Zone Ajay Aggarwal, Organising Secretary and Mohali Circle Secretary Amandeep Singh, newly appointed Mohali Circle President Vinod Dahal, and former Mohali Circle President Sanjeev Deora.
During the conference, extensive discussions were held on various issues concerning bank officers, workplace challenges, the changing banking environment and future strategies. The speakers highlighted the vital role played by bank officers in strengthening the nation’s economic growth and promoting financial inclusion.
Addressing the gathering, Chief Guest Ramanuj Prasad, Zonal Manager, PNB Ludhiana Zone, said, “The officers of Punjab National Bank are making significant contributions to the bank’s progress through their dedication, hard work and commitment towards customer service. Better coordination between the bank management and officers will help the institution achieve greater heights.”
AIPNBOA General Secretary Com. Dilip Saha said, “The organisation has always remained committed to safeguarding the rights, dignity and professional growth of bank officers. In the rapidly changing banking landscape, the role and responsibilities of officers have become even more significant.”
Organising Secretary and Mohali Circle Secretary Amandeep Singh stated that the association would continue to protect the interests of officers while working towards further strengthening banking services in the future.
The conference concluded on a positive note with a renewed commitment towards unity, organisational strength and the collective welfare of bank officers.
