Haryana Chief Secretary Sanjeev Kaushal directed all the heads of departments to ensure complete implementation of the Business Reform Action Plan (BRAP)-2022 by October 20, 2022.
Kaushal was presiding over the review meeting regarding the successful implementation of State Business Reform Action Plan (S-BRAP) and District Business Reform Action Plan (DBRAP) here today.
Kaushal said that the Departments updating or developing their own software or other related tasks should get it done by September 25, 2022.
He also directed the concerned officers of the departments to develop Citizen Service Wizards to provide data to NIC. He also directed to integrate property registration with urban local bodies, power and water departments. He further directed to develop independent grievance redressal mechanism for property registration related complaints.
The Chief Secretary further directed that all the departments must coordinate to carry out task of business reforms and they must ensure that all the services are provided through online medium within the stipulated time frame. He directed the administrative secretaries to personally review the progress of business reform action plan. The Chief Secretary also directed that the key points which needs improvement should be completed at the earliest.
It was apprised in the meeting that 352 points are to be implemented by the Central Government under the Business Reform Action Plan-2022. These points are divided into two parts including Action Plan-A consists of 261 improvement points related to business and Action Plan-B consists of 91 improvement points related to civil service.
It was further apprised that Haryana has secured third position at National Level for its remarkable efforts extended in the field of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) and Haryana also stands amoung top achievers in the fifth edition of ‘Ease Of Doing Business’ rankings released by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
In the meeting, Additional Chief Secretary, Finance and Planning Department, Anurag Rastogi, Additional Chief Secretary, Industries and Commerce, Sh. Anand Mohan Sharan and other senior officers were present.
