Sh. Kaushal said that instructions have been issued by the government to all administrative secretaries and heads of departments to provide information on sensitive posts of departments, boards and corporations under them and the information of officers and employees posted on them for more than three years in the prescribed proforma. He said that many departments, boards, and corporations have not yet made this information available to the CS office. He further stated that the said information should be made available at the earliest.
The Chief Secretary directed to provide category-wise details of the approved and vacant posts of Group A, B, C and D. Apart from this, he directed all the Administrative Secretaries to provide details of those employees who completed 20 years of qualifying service or who were dismissed, removed, prematurely retired from service at the age of 50 and 55 in the last 20 years.
Information about charge sheet and disciplinary action cases should be uploaded on the portal
Sh. Kaushal also instructed all administrative secretaries to provide information regarding the charge sheets issued to officers and employees under Rule-7 and 8 in the last 5 years. Apart from this, he also directed to upload the information of disciplinary action cases on the HRMS portal.
Information regarding police verification of Group-D employees should be made available with corrected demographic data
The Chief Secretary said that information regarding police verification of Common Cadre Group-D employees should be uploaded on the HRMS portal with corrected demographic data. So far, information about police verification has been given by 48 departments. Giving strict instructions to the officers of the rest of the department, he directed them to make the above information available. He said that orders have been given to NIC officers to make mandatory provisions related to police verification on the HRMS portal.
He said that incorrect demographic information for the employees on the HRMS portal was discovered while configuring the software for the transfer drive of Common Cadre Group-D personnel. Therefore, all senior officers should get the demographic data of Group-D employees working in the departments corrected in the portal, so that the upcoming process can be completed at the earliest.
On this occasion, Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, Sh. T.V.S.N. Prasad, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Sh. V. Umashankar, Deputy Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Sh. K. Makarand Pandurang, Special Secretary to Government, Human Resources Department, Sh. Aditya Dahiya and other senior officers and Deputy Commissioners attended the meeting through video conferencing.
