The National Printmaking Workshop, a collaborative effort between Lalit Kala Akademi, New Delhi, Chandigarh Lalit Kala Akademi, and Govt. College of Art, reached its grand conclusion in a dazzling closing ceremony. Graced by the esteemed presence of Shri Banwarilal Purohit, Honourable Governor of Punjab and Administrator of U.T Chandigarh, the closing ceremony was a resounding success. Shri Dharam Pal, Advisor to the Administrator, added to the evening’s prestige as the Guest of Honour. The National Printmaking Workshop, a momentous celebration of India’s 75th Independence anniversary, showcased the brilliance of eminent printmakers from across the nation. These artists, who have mined their creative depths, have produced exceptional works that reflect the essence of “Ek Bharat Sresheth Bharat,” the event’s theme.
