The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, organized across the nation to realise the vision of Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi for a developed Bharat, is proving to be a significant platform for providing people with the benefits of various government schemes in one place. Witnessing tremendous enthusiasm among the people in Haryana, the yatra has become an effective means of promptly addressing the issues faced by the public through the implementation of government initiatives.
Till December 29, 2023, more than 27.88 lakh people have participated in the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra in Haryana. During this period, the health of more than 5.29 lakh people has been examined and applications of more than 1.35 lakh people for Ayushman Chirayu Yojana have been accepted. The yatra has effectively communicated information about government schemes to the rural population, bringing joy to the communities as their talented youth are being acknowledged and honoured. Additionally, the yatra has recognized and appreciated the contributions of 23,041 women, 35,064 students, 4,813 local sportspersons, and 4,607 local artists. Apart from this, 6,786 people have availed the benefit of Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana and 1.06 lakh people have registered under MY Bharat portal as Volunteer.
During the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra, people are seen becoming aware about health checkups. People are satisfied with information about Nirogi Haryana, Ayushman Bharat, and TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan and other such health schemes. Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra is moving forward in the direction of making India a strong, prosperous and empowered nation by taking the pledge of developed India. During the yatra, more than 23 lakh people have administered oaths to make India a developed India. The Yatra not only instills a sense of social and economic strength but also serves as an inspiration for all citizens to collaborate in shaping a prosperous future.
The aim of the government of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Sh. Manohar Lal is to extend the reach of government schemes to the homes of the underprivileged. Schemes like Ayushman Bharat, Chirayu Card, Jan Dhan Yojana Har Ghar Nal Se Jal, Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi, Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, and Swachh Bharat are being effectively communicated to the public during the Yatra. Information about these schemes is disseminated through LED vans, and stalls are set up to create awareness and ensure that citizens avail themselves of the benefits provided by the government.
