Haryana School Education Minister, Sh. Kanwar Pal said that the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra has been started with the aim of ensuring the reach of the major schemes of the government at every household.
He stated that the government is actively taking commendable steps to provide fundamental facilities to marginalized people, ensuring that the benefits of developmental and welfare schemes reach the last village and the last individual.
The School Education Minister was addressing the people in the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra Jan Samvad programs in Leda Khadar village of Yamunanagar district on Saturday.
Sh. Kanwar Pal said that the government is continuously making efforts to ensure that the benefits of development and public welfare schemes reach the last village and the last person. Minister highlighted that the first right on government schemes belongs to the poor. The more schemes the government formulates for the poor, the happier society will be. The government is actively working for the development of the poor and marginalized.
He said that the Central and Haryana governments are ensuring the progress of farmers through continuous innovation and new initiatives. The government is also ensuring arrangements for distribution of good seeds to the farmers and access to the market for purchasing their crops. As Chief Minister Shri Manohar Lal also hails from a farmer family, he is well aware of the struggle of the farmers and their problems. Therefore, he is continuously ensuring the implementation of government schemes for the welfare of farmers at the grassroots level, so that farmers can avail maximum benefits of the welfare schemes.
During the ‘Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra’ programmes, individuals benefiting from the schemes commended the government initiatives by sharing their experiences. Those who, for various reasons, were deprived of schemes are now being ensured the benefits through on-the-spot distribution of scheme benefits near the ‘Modi Ji Ki Guarantee ki Gadi’. Those people who till now have been deprived of any scheme like housing, LPG cylinder, free ration, Kisan Samman Nidhi, Ayushman Card in the village due to some reasons, will be given the benefits of the schemes on the spot in a program organized near the van.
During the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra, people are seen becoming aware about health checkups. People are satisfied with information about Nirogi Haryana, Ayushman Bharat, and TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyan and other such health schemes. Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra is moving forward in the direction of making India a strong, prosperous and empowered nation by taking the pledge of developed India. During the yatra, more than 23 lakh people have administered oaths to make India a developed India. The Yatra not only instils a sense of social and economic strength but also serves as an inspiration for all citizens to collaborate in shaping a prosperous future.
In the ‘Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra – Jan Samvad’ program, School Education Minister, Sh. Kanwar Pal distributed registries to many beneficiaries under the Svamitva Yojana. School students were honoured for achieving excellent positions in their class. On the occasion, old age pension and Ayushman cards, BPL cards were made for many beneficiaries and Aadhaar cards were also updated on the occasion.
