Chandigarh, January 4 – Minister of State for Sports, Sh. Gaurav Gautam said that under the leadership of Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, the Haryana Government is continuously working to provide quality and accessible health services across the state. The objective of the government is to ensure quality medical treatment for every citizen. Schemes such as Ayushman Bharat, Chirayu Haryana Yojana, and the modernisation of government hospitals have greatly benefited the poor and middle-class families. Facilities have been expanded from primary health centres to district hospitals and medical college hospitals. With modern equipment, specialist doctors, free medicines, and diagnostic services, people are receiving better health security.
Sh. Gaurav Gautam was addressing the gathering after inaugurating a government dispensary at the Resident Welfare Association (RWA) Camp at Palwal district today.
The Sports Minister shared details of the health services to be provided at the dispensary, including regular OPD services, primary treatment, availability of medicines, and vaccination facilities. He said that qualified medical staff has been deployed at the dispensary to ensure timely and proper treatment for patients.
Sh. Gaurav Gautam said that the government’s priority is to provide accessible, affordable, and quality health services to the common citizen. With the start of this dispensary, elderly people, women, and children of the area will benefit the most, and they will not have to travel far for minor health issues. He expressed hope that the dispensary will play an important role in improving the health of local residents and that more facilities will be added here in the future.
