Haryana Vidhan Sabha Speaker Harvinder Kalyan has expanded eight Committees of the Haryana Legislative Assembly by nominating various Members of the Legislative Assembly (MLAs) as Members and Special Invitees for the remaining period of the year 2026–2027.
According to a notification issued on Wednesday, Balwan Singh Doulatpuria, MLA, has been nominated as Special Invitee to serve on the Committee on Government Assurances.
For the Committee on Subordinate Legislation, Anil Yadav, MLA, has been nominated as Member, while Naresh Selwal, MLA, has been nominated as Special Invitee.
Mamman Khan, MLA, has been nominated as Special Invitee to serve on the Committee on Local Bodies and Panchayati Raj Institutions.
Manju Choudhary, MLA, has been nominated as Special Invitee to serve on the Subject Committee on Public Health, Irrigation, Power and Public Works (Buildings & Roads).
For the Subject Committee on Education, Technical Education, Vocational Education, Medical Education and Health Services, Jassi Petwar, MLA, and Devender Hans, MLA, have been nominated as Special Invitees.
For the Subject Committee on Environment and Pollution, Devender Singh Kadyan, MLA, has been nominated as Member, while Paramvir Singh, MLA, and Satish Kumar Phagna, MLA, have been nominated as Special Invitees.
For the Subject Committee on Welfare of Youth and Youth Affairs, Devender Chaturbhuj Attri, MLA, has been nominated as Member, while Shishpal Singh, MLA, has been nominated as Special Invitee.
In addition, Mohammad Israil, M.L.A., and Gokul Setia, MLA, have been nominated as Special Invitees to serve on the Committee on Petitions.
With these nominations, the respective Committees will discharge their responsibilities for the remaining period of the year 2026–2027.
