Charkhi Dadri may be the last district of Haryana but will be at the forefront of development: Haryana Chief Minister

IEP CHANDIGARH JULY 08, 2022

Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that Charkhi Dadri may be the last to become a district in Haryana, but will not remain the last in the line of development. With the speed with which development works are being done here, this district is now on the speedy development track.

“When I came to this district last time, I had made 200 announcements, out of which 70 percent have been completed, work is going on fast on the remaining announcements,” said Sh. Manohar Lal while addressing the gathering at Haryana Pragati Rally organized at Anaj Mandi of Charkhi Dadri on Friday.

During the rally, the Chief Minister said that his government is working on the ‘Bina Parchi, Bina Kharchi’ principle. Recently, the recruitment of 5000 constables in the State Police and the same number of clerks has been done which clearly shows that the recruitments have been made in a fair and transparent manner.

When the Chief Minister asked the gathering that if someone has taken any money in lieu of giving them jobs, then they can directly inform him after which the people raised their hands and loudly denied the same.

Sh. Manohar Lal said that during Congress’s tenure, 11 recruitments were cancelled by the court, but in the present Government’s tenure, no recruitment has been cancelled by the court, as the government has initiated action whenever any corruption and paper leak case has been reported.

The Chief Minister said that Parivar Pehchan Patra is a unique document having every single detail of every family.

The people of the Opposition are repeatedly trying to mislead the public by propagating false figures on unemployment. As per the PPP data, out of about 25.50 lakh youth in the age group of 15-19, 24 lakh are pursuing education. Similarly, there are about 26 lakh youth in the age group of 20-24, out of which 15 lakh are students. Thus the unemployment rate in the 15-19 age group is just 2.33 percent and 11.6 percent in the age group of 20-24 years.

Tighten the noose around those involved in CLU and transfer related corruption

The Chief Minister said that the middlemen who used to make money in lieu of CLU and transfer during the tenure of previous government have been rendered unemployed, as the entire system is now digitalized. In our government no work can be done with money as the entire system has been made digital, he said.

“The present government has been working to change the system as well as bringing transparency in jobs along with curbing stipend, pension, ration scams,” said Sh. Manohar Lal.

The Chief Minister said that the work of consolidation would be completed in 60-70 villages in  Dadri and Bhiwani districts. Besides this, the work of consolidation is completed with the cooperation of all the villagers so that injustice is not done to anyone, he added.

He said that at present the economy depends on import-export. Under the leadership of Prime Minister, Sh. Narendra Modi, the Central Government is keeping a close watch on inflation. The world economy has also been affected because of the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. But the Prime Minister is in touch with both countries and is advising both to adopt a ‘no war policy’. Today the entire world is influenced by the policy decision-making of the Prime Minister, said Sh. Manohar Lal.

Dadri is epitomizing Jai Jawan Jai Kisan slogan

Chief Minister said that Dadri is making slogan of Jai Jawan Jai Kisan more meaningful. The farmer here is hardworking and the Jawan is serving the country in the army.

“Unfortunately the Opposition is misleading the youth about the Agnipath scheme. I believe that every youth should apply under the Agnipath. This scheme will bring the spirit of service along with the spirit of patriotism and the Haryana government will give assured government jobs within 6 months to Agniveers serving under this scheme.

75 percent employment ensured in new industrial units

The Chief Minister said that Haryana is number three in the country in the Ease of Doing Business. The government has made a policy that the youth of the state will get 75 percent employment in new industries. For this, work has been done to strengthen the road network also, he added.

He said that the Rail Coach Factory has been completed in Sonipat on 1000 acres. Local youth will get employment in this. Dadri and Rohtak are the districts from where Eastern and Western Dedicated Freight Corridors are passing. The youth of this area will definitely get benefit from these corridors, added Sh. Manohar Lal. He said that both the corridors are important for import and export.
